PERMANENT AUGMENTATION OF TRAIN HOWRAH-VASCO-HOWRAH 4-DAY A WEEK AMARAVATI EXPRESS & TRAIN HOWRAH-YESVANTPUR-HOWRAH DAILY EXPRESS

South Eastern Railway (SER) has advised this railway that they have have decided to augment Train Nos. 18047 / 18048 HOWRAH-VASCO-HOWRAH 4-day a Week AMARAVATI EXPRESS with ONE additional AC 3-TIER coach permanently, with effect from HOWRAH end on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays, from 01^st December,2014 and from VASCO-DA-GAMA end on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays, with effect from 04^th December, 2014.

The revised composition of Train Nos. 18047/18048 Howrah-Vasco-Howrah 4-day a Week Amaravati Express has total 22 coaches (instead of 21 coaches), comprising of Two AC 2-tier coaches, Three AC 3-tier coaches, Eleven Second Class Sleeper coaches, Three General Second Class coaches and Two Second Class luggage-cum-brake vans-cum-disabled coaches.

Similarly, East Coast Railway has advised this railway that they have decided to augment Train Nos.12863/12864 HOWRAH-YESVANTPUR-HOWRAH DAILY EXPRESS with ONE additional AC 3-TIER coach permanently, with effect from HOWRAH end from 01^st December, 2014 and from YESVANTPUR end from 03^rd December, 2014.

The revised composition of Train Nos. 12863/12864Howrah-Yesvantpur-Howrah Daily Express has total 24 coaches (instead of 23 coaches), comprising of One AC 2-tier coach, Four AC 3-tier coaches, Thirteen Second Class Sleeper coaches, Three General Second Class coaches, One Second Class luggage-cum-brake vans-cum-disabled coach, One Second Class luggage-cum brake van and a Pantry Car.

NOTE : (1) Train No.18047/18048 Howrah-Vasco-Howrah Amaravati Express which was running with One additional AC 3-tier coach on temporary basis from HOWRAH up to 29^thNov.2014 and from VASCO-DA-GAMA up to 02^nd Dec.2014is now augmented on permanent basis, as per the date mentioned above.

(2) Train No.12863/12864 Howrah-Yesvantpur-Howrah Daily Express which was running with One additional Second Class Sleeper coach on temporary basis from HOWRAH up to 30^th Nov.2014 and from YESVANTPUR up to 02^nd December, 2014only.Further it will be discontinued. In place of one Second Class Sleeper coach, one additional AC 3-tier coach is permanently augmented as per the dates mentioned above.
