50 % Concession to Students appearing in Final Examination of Diploma Courses conducted by Institute of Rail Transport

Ministry of Railways, have decided as a special case to grant 50 % concession in Second/ Sleeper class in Mail/Express fares to students appearing in Final examination of the four Diploma courses being conducted by Institute of Rail Transport i.e. (i) Diploma Course in Transport Economics & Management – during January/February 2015 (ii) Diploma course in Multi-Model Transport (Containerization) & Logistics Management – during March/April 2015 (iii) Diploma course in Rail Transport & Management – during May/June 2015 and (iv) Two years Diploma course in Port Development & Management – during May/June 2015. The concession will be available for students travelling to their examination centres at Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Secunderabad & Mumbai. Concession will be granted o­n production of the requisite certificate signed by Executive Director/Manager/Registrar of Institute of Rail Transport, New Delhi.
