Central Railway will
operate Mega Block on its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work
on Sunday 5.10.2014:
MAIN LINE:
THANE-KALYAN DN SLOW LINE FROM 11.00 AM TO 3.30 PM.
Dn Slow and semi-fast
line services leaving Mulund from 10.39 am to 3.22 pm will be diverted on Dn
fast line between Mulund and Kalyan halting Thane and Dombivali stations. Dn
slow line services will not be available at Kalva, Mumbra, Diva, Kopar and
Thakurli stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via
Kalyan & Dombivali stations.
All Dn fast line
services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.40 pm will
halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their
respective scheduled halts and arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
All Up fast line
services leaving Thane from 10.50 am to 3.36 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup,
Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective
scheduled halts and arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
All slow locals arriving
and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm will
arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
HARBNOUR LINE:
NERUL-MANKHURD UP & DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.00
AM TO 3.00 PM.
Dn Harbour line services
towards Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.12 am
to 2.45 pm and Up harbour Line services from Panvel /Belapur /Vashi to
Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.20 am to 3.04 pm will remain suspended
during the block period.
Special trains will be
run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai-Mankhurd and Thane- Panvel
Transharbour line sections during the block period.
Harbour line passengers
are permitted to travel on Transharbour line from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
As a result of this,
suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are
requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to
avoid travelling on footboard, rooftop of locals and not to board extremely
over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway
Administration for the inconvenience caused.
