In order to clear extra rush of passengers, during festive season, South
Central Railway will run Thirty Two Special Trains between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam Bi-Weekly
via Rajahmundry and One Special Train from Kacheguda to
Vijayawada via Nalgonda, Guntur as per the following schedule:-
I) Secunderabad – Visakhapatnam - Secunderabad
Bi-Weekly Special Train via Rajahmundry:-(32 Services):
Train No. 08506 Secunderabad - Visakhapatnam
Bi-Weekly Special Train will depart
Secunderabad at 07:45 pm on 9th, 12th, 16th,
19th, 23rd, 26th & 30th October
and 2nd, 6th, 9th, 13th, 16th,
20th, 23rd, 27th & 30th
November, 2014 (Thursdays & Sundays) and arrive Visakhapatnam at 08:45
am on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Train No.08505
Visakhapatnam - Secunderabad Bi-Weekly Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 09:45 pm on 8th, 11th,
15th, 18th, 22nd, 25th& 29th
October and 1st 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th,
19th, 22nd, 26th& 29th
November, 2014 (Wednesdays & Saturdays) and arrive Secunderabad at
11:30 am on the next day.
Enroute, these special trains will also stop at
Moula-Ali, Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudam,
Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Duvvada stations in both the directions.
These trains will have 15 coaches viz., one AC II
Tier, one AC III Tier, five Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two
Luggage cum Brake van coaches.
II)
Kacheguda - Vijayawada
Special Train via Nalgonda, Guntur:- (01 Service):
Train No. 07225 Kacheguda – Vijayawada special
train will depart Kacheguda at 11:30 pm on 8th October, 2014
(Wednesday) and arrive Vijayawada at 05.35 am on the next day.
Enroute this train will stop at Sitaphalmandi,
Malkajgiri, Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Piduguralla and Guntur stations. This special
train will have 14 coaches viz., ten Sleeper Class Coaches, Two General Second
Class and Two Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.
