Central
Railway will operate Mega Block on its suburban sections for carrying out
maintenance work on Sunday 6.7.2014:-
THANE-KALYAN
DN SLOW LINE FROM 11.00 AM to 3.30 PM
All
DN slow/Semi-fast locals leaving Mulund from 10.39 am to 3.22 pm will be
diverted on DN fast line between Mulund and Kalyan stations halting at Thane
and Dombivli stations.
All
DN fast locals leaving CST from 10.08 am to 2.40 pm will halt at Ghatkopar,
Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled
halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
All
UP fast line Locals leaving Thane from 10.50 am to 3.36 pm will halt at Mulund,
Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective
scheduled halts and will arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.
All
slow locals arriving/leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.00 am to 4.00
pm will and arrive destination 15 Minutes behind schedule.
DN
locals will not available at Kalva, Mumbra, Diva, Kopar & Thakurli
stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via
Kalyan/Dombivli/Thane stations during the block period.
KURLA-VASHI
UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES FROM 11.00 AM TO 3.00 PM
DN
Harbour line services to Panvel/Belapur/Vashi leaving from Chhatrapati Shivaji
Terminus from 10.23 am to 3.01 pm and UP Harbour line services for Chhatrapati
Shivaji Terminus leaving Panvel/Belapur from 10.20 am to 3.04 pm will remain
suspended.
However
special local trains will run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus – Kurla and
Vashi – Panvel sections during the block period.
Harbour
line passengers are also permitted to travel via Trans Harbour / Main line from
10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Due
to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual.
Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also
requested to avoid travelling on foot board, roof top of locals and not to
board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the
Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
