Night block on Western Railway

A night block will be carried out from 00.30 hrs to 04.00 hrs o­n Up Local (i.e. slow) line and o­n Down Local line from 01.00 hrs to 04.00 hrs o­n 12th October, 2013 between Vasai Road and Virar for maintenance of track, signalling and overhead equipments. During the block, all local line trains will be run o­n Through (i.e. fast) lines between Borivali/Vasai Road and Virar. During the block, Down Churchgate – Virar locals will be run o­n fast lines between Virar and Vasai Road/Borivali.
