Due to “Phailin” Cyclonic Conditions prevailing in East Coast region, Train No. 17016 Secunderabad – Bhubaneswar Visakha Express scheduled to depart Secunderabad at 17 00 hrs today i.e., 13thOctober, 2013 (Sunday) is partially cancelled between Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar.
