Eastern Railways has arranged to run Special Trains to Anand Vihar, New Delhi, New Jalpaiguri, Patna and Puri

Train No. 66519 / 66520 New Passenger Train Bangalore city – Marikuppam - Bangalore

Train No. 66519 / 66520 Bangalore city – Marikuppam - Bangalore city passenger will run six days a week. The train will have no service on Saturdays from Bangalore and on Sundays from Marikupppam.

The inaugural special from Marikuppam to Bangalore city will run with open timings and existing halts of Train no. 66519 Marikuppam - Bangalore city passenger.

The regular services of Train no. 66520 will start from Bangalore on Sunday (11^th August, 2013) and that of Train no. 66519 starts from Marikuppam on Monday (12^th August, 2013).

Train no. 66519 Marikuppam - Bangalore city passenger will leave Marikuppam at 4.45 a.m. and arrive at Bangalore city at 7.40 a.m. In the return direction, Train no. 66520 Bangalore city-Marikuppam passenger will leave Bangalore city at 8.15 p.m. and reach Marikuppam at 10.30 p.m. The train will halt at Champion, Oorgam, Coromandel, BEML Nagar, Bangarpet, Malur, White Field, Krishnarajapuram and Bangalore Cantonment railway stations.

Railway Minister M. Mallikarjun Kharge will flag off the inaugural special of the Bangalore city – Marikuppam - Bangalore passenger train at 11.30 a.m. at Marikuppam railway station in Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) on Saturday.

SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN SAHARANPUR- AMBALA CANTT.- SAHARANPUR EXTENDED

To clear extra rush of passengers, Northern Railway has decided to extend the run of train No. 04511/04512 Saharanpur- Ambala Cantt.- Saharanpur MEMU (Daily) special with immediate effect upto 09.09.2013  as per the following programme:

The Train No 04511 Saharanpur- Ambala Cantt. MEMU (Daily) special train will depart from Saharanpur at 04.45 a.m. to reach Ambala Cantt. at 06.30 a.m. the same day. In the return direction, train no 04512 Ambala Cantt.- Saharanpur MEMU (Daily) special train will depart from Ambala Cantt. at 08.35 p.m. to reach Saharanpurat 10.35 p.m. the same day.

Train No 04511 / 04512 Saharanpur - Ambala Cantt.- Saharanpur MEMU (Daily) special train will stop at Pilkhani, Sarsawa, Kalanaur, Jagadhari, Jagadhari Workshop, Darazpur, Mustafabad, Barara, Tandwal, Kesari & Dukheri stations enroute in both the directions.

SPECIAL TRAIN FROM VARANASI TO DELHI JN & NEW DELHI TO LUCKNOW

For the convenience of the rail passengers, Northern Railway has decided to run single trip of special Train No. 04209 from Varanasi to Delhi Junction on 11.08.2013 and Special train No. 04208 from New Delhi to Lucknow for single trip on 14.8.13 as per the under mentioned programme:

Train No 04209  special train from Varanasi to Delhi Junction (1 trip)

Train No 04209  special train from Varanasi to Delhi Junction will depart from Varanasi on 11.08.2013 at 03.15 p.m. to reach Delhi Junction  at 10.10 am the next day.

Comprising of one second AC cum third AC, one A.C. 3 Tier, Ten Sleeper Class, Two Second Class cum Luggage Van coaches, the special Train No. 04209 from Varanasi to Delhi Junction will stop at Bhadohi Junction, Janghai, Pratapgarh Junction, Amethi, Raebareli Junction, Lucknow, Bareilly Junction, & Moradabad stations enroute in both the directions.

Train No 04208  special train from New Delhi to Lucknow will depart from New Delhi on 14.08.2013 at 7.30 p.m. to reach Lucknow  at 04.45  am the next day.

Comprising of one Ist AC, Four AC 2 Tier, Eight A.C. 3 Tier & Two Second Class cum Luggage Van coaches, the special Train No. 04208 from New Delhi to Lucknow Junction will stop at Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur & Hardoi stations enroute in both the directions.

South Central Railway has communicated this Railway that they have continued to augment Train Nos. 17209/17210 KAKINADA TOWN-BANGALORE CITY-KAKINADA TOWN EXPRESS with o­ne additional AC 3-Tier coach o­n temporary measure for clearance of extra rush from 01^st to 15^th August, 2013, as per the following details:--

North Frontier Railway has communicated this Railway that they have continued to augment Train Nos. 12510/12509 GUWAHATI-BANGALORE CITY-GUWAHATI SUPER FAST EXPRESS with o­ne First Class AC Coach o­n temporary measure for clearance of extra rush,as per the following details:--

Accordingly, Train No.12510 GUWAHATI-BANGALORE CITY SUPER FAST EXPRESS will run with ONE First Class AC Coach temporarily from GUWAHATI end,with effect from 12^th August,2013 to 23^rdSept.2013.

In the return direction, Train No.12509 BANGALORE CITY-GUWAHATI SUPER FAST EXPRESS will run withONEFirst Class AC Coach temporarily from BANGALORE CITY end,with effect from 15^th August, 2013 to 26^thSept.2013.

The temporary revised composition is total : 24 coaches, consisting of One First Class AC Coach, Four AC 3-tier coaches, One AC 2-tier coach, Twelve Second Class Sleeper Coaches, Two General Second Class coaches, Two Second Class luggage-cum-brake vans-cum-disabled coaches, One Parcel Van and a Pantry Car.

Temporary Augmentation of Three Special Trains with Additional Sleeper Class Coaches to Clear Extra Rush / Waitlisted Passengers

South Central Railway has temporarily augmented the following three Special trains with additional Sleeper class coaches to clear the extra rush / waitlisted passengers as per the details mentioned below:-

1. Train No. 07101 Lingampalli-Kakinada Town Special Train will be temporarily augmented with two additional Sleeper coaches Ex. Lingampalli o­n 8^th, 14^th & 18^th August, 2013.

2. Train No. 07102 Kakinada Town-Lingampalli Special Train will be temporarily augmented with two additional Sleeper coaches Ex. Kakinada Town o­n 11^th, 14^th & 18^thAugust, 2013.

3. Train No. 07202 Secunderabad-Kakinada Town Special Train will be temporarily augmented with two additional Sleeper coaches Ex. Lingampalli o­n 11^th August, 2013.

These 6 additional coaches will make available 432 berths per service.

Miryalguda-Nadikudi DEMU Passenger Extended Upto Piduguralla

South Central Railway will extend Train No. 77676 / 77677 Miryalguda - Nadikudi DEMU Passenger to Pidugurala.

Accordingly, Train No.77676 Miryalguda - Nadikudi DEMU Passenger will be extended upto Piduguralla with effect from 16^th August 2013. This train will depart Miryalguda at the existing time i.e. 23 00 hrs and arrive Piduguralla at 00 15 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 77677 Piduguralla - Miryalguda DEMU Passenger will depart Piduguralla at 04 15 hrs o­n 17^th August 2013 and arrive Miryalguda at its existing time i.e. 05 30 hrs o­n the same day.

On the extended portion, this train will stop at Tummalacheruvu station.

Introduction of Indore-Yesvantpur-Indore Weekly Express

As announced in the 2012-13 Railway Budget,  Indore - Yesvantpur - Indore Weekly Express, passing through SCR system, will be introduced with effect from 06^th August, 2013 Ex. Indore and 11^th August, 2013 Ex. Yesvantapur as per the following schedule:-

Train No. 19301 Indore - Yesvantpur Weekly Express will depart Indore at 20 55 hrs o­n Sundays, (with effect from 6^th August, 20130) arrive / depart Malkajgiri at 21 45 / 21 46 hrs, Kacheguda at 22 25 / 22 35 hrs o­n Mondays and arrive Yesvantpur at 11 15 hrs o­n Tuesdays.

In the return direction, Train No. 19302 Yesvantpur-Indore Weekly Express will depart Yesvantpur at 13 30 hrs o­n Tuesdays (with effect from 11^th August, 2013), arrive / depart Kacheguda at 02 05 / 02 15 hrs, Malkajgiri at 02 39 / 02 40 hrs o­n Wednesdays and arrive Indore at 05 15 hrs o­n Thursdays.

Enroute, these Special trains will stop at Dewas, Ujjain, Maksi, Berchha, Sujalpur, Bairagarh, Bhopal, Habibganj, Itarsi, Betul, Narkher, Chandur Bazar, New Amravati, Akola, Hingoli, Purna, H.S.Nanded, Mudkhed Jn., Nizamabad, Kamareddi, Malkajgiri, Kacheguda, Mahbubnagar, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Gooty, Dharmavaram and Yelahanka in both the directions.

These Weekly Express will comprise of 19 coaches Viz., o­ne AC-II Tier, four AC-III Tier, seven Second Class Sleeper, five General Second Class and two Luggage-cum-Brake Van Coaches.

Hyderabad-Bellampalli-Hyderabad Express Extended Upto Sirpurkaghaznagar & Falaknuma-Bhongir MEMU Passenger Extended Upto Jangaon

Train No.17011/17012 Hyderabad – Bellampalli - Hyderabad Express will be extended upto Sirpurkaghaznagar and Train No.67277/67278 Falaknuma - Bhongir MEMU Passenger will be extended upto Jangaon with effect from 15^th August, 2013.

1. Extension of Train No.17011/17012 Hyderabad – Bellampalli - Hyderabad Express

Train No.17011 Hyderabad - Bellampalli Express will be extended upto Sirpurkaghaznagar with effect from 15^th August, 2013 and in the return direction this express will run up to Secunderabad Station o­nly.

Accordingly, Train No.17011 Hyderabad - Sirpukaghaznagar Express will depart Hyderabad at the existing time i.e. 05 15 hrs, Secunderabad at 05 40 hrs and arrive Sirpurkaghaznagar at 10 35 hrs o­n the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 17012 Sirpurkaghaznagar - Secunderabad Express will depart Sirpukaghaznagar at the existing time i.e. 11 00 hrs and arrive Secunderabad at 17 00 hrs o­n the same day.

On the extended portion, these trains will stop at Asifabad Road stations in both the directions

2. Extension of Train No.67277/67278 Falaknuma – Bhongir - Falaknuma MEMU Passenger

Train No.67277/67278 Falaknuma – Bhongir - Falakmuma MEMU Passenger will be extend upto Jangaon with effect from 15^th August 2013.

Accordingly, Train No. 67277 Falaknuma - Jangaon MEMU Passenger will depart Falaknuma at the existing time i.e 14 10 hrs (except Sundays) and arrive Jangaon at 16 55 hrs o­n the same day.

In the return direction, Train No. 67278 Jangaon - Falaknuma MEMU Passenger will depart Jangaon at the existing time i.e 17 10 hrs (except Sundays) and arrive Falaknuma at 20 25 hrs o­n the same day.

On the extended portion, these trains will stop at Raigir, Wangapalli, Aler and Pembarthi stations in both the directions.

Due to line block to facilitate engineering works in Chennai Central – Gudur section, the following changes will be made in the pattern of train services from 06^th August to 17^th August 2013 (except Sundays)

TRAINS WILL BE PARTIALLY CANCELED BETWEEN ENNORE - GUMMIDIPUNDI:

1) Train No. 42011 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 08.50 hrs.

2) Train No. 42013 MMC – Gummidipundi EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 09.22 hrs.

TRAINS WILL BE PARTIALLY CANCELED BETWEEN GUMMIDIPUNDI - ENNORE:

1) Train No.42020 Gummidipundi – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 10.50 hrs.

2) Train No.42022 Gummidipundi–MMC EMU scheduled to leave Gummidipundi at 11.20 hrs.

TRAINS WILL BE PARTIALLY CANCELLED BETWEENENNORE – SULURPETA:

1) Train No.42411 MMC – Sulurpeta EMU scheduled to leave MMC at 09.55 hrs.

2) Train No.42406 Sulurpeta – MMC EMU scheduled to leave Sulurpeta at 09.45 hrs.

Train No.57240 Bitragunta – Chennai Central passenger scheduled to arrive Chennai Central at 12.00 hrs. will be regulated at Ponneri for 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Katpadi – Tirupati - Katpadi Passenger to Stop at Mungilipattu

South Central Railway will provide o­ne minute stoppage for Katpadi-Tirupati-Katpadi Passenger at Mungilipattu o­n Tirupati-Pakala Section with immediate effect.

Accordingly, Train No. 77262 Katpadi-Tirupati Passenger will  depart Mungilipattu at 08:00 hrs. In the return direction Train No. 77265 Tirupati-Katpadi Passenger will depart Mungilipattu at 18:35 hrs.

Kacheguda – Madurai - Kacheguda Weekly Express to Stop at Kadiri wef. 10th August, 2013

South Central Railway will provide 2-minute stoppage for Kacheguda – Madurai - Kacheguda Weekly Express at Kadiri with effect from 10^th August 2013.

Accordingly, Train No. 17615 Kacheguda - Madurai Weekly express will arrive / depart Kadiri at 15:00 / 15:02 hrs.

In the return direction, Train No. 17616 Madurai-Kacheguda Weekly Express will arrive / depart Kadiri at 03:45 / 03:47 hrs.

4 Special Trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Madgaon - Bookings open from 6.8.2013

4 SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN MUMBAI (LTT) - MADGAON 

Central Railway has decided to run 4 special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Madgaon to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under –

(A) 01001/01002 LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS – MADGAON SPECIALS 

Train No. 01001 Special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 1.00 hrs o­n Friday 9.8.2013 (night of 8/9.8.2013 Thursday/Friday) and will reach Madgaon at 14.10 hrs same day.

Train No. 01002 Special will leave Madgaon at 14.40 hrs o­n Friday 9.8.2013 and will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 4.10 hrs next day.

(B) Train No. 01005 / 01006 LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS – MADGAON SPECIALS 

Train No. 01005 Special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 1.00 hrs o­n Thursday 15.8.2013 (night of 14/15.8.2013 Wednesday/Thursday) and will reach Madgaon at 14.10 hrs same day.

Train No. 01006 Special will leave Madgaon at 14.40 hrs o­n Thursday 15.8.2013 and will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 4.10 hrs next day.

Enroute these trains are stop at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Pernem, Thivim and Karmali.

BHUBANESWAR-KHALIKOTE PASSENGER TO BE EXTEND TO CHATRAPUR

With an aim to provide better Passenger comforts for the convenience of passengers, East Coast Railway has decided to extend Bhubaneswar – Khalikote - Bhbaneswar passenger up to Chatrapur with effect from 5^thAugust 2013.

Consequent upon extension of this train to Chatrapur, the timings of Train No. 78412 Chatrapur - Bhubaneswar passenger will be change between Khalikote and Khurda Road.

Train No. 78411 Bhubaneswar - Chatrapur passenger will leave Bhubaneswar at 10:00 hrs and will arrive at Chatrapur at 13:30 hrs.

In the return direction, Train No. 78412 Chatrapur - Bhubaneswar passenger will leave Chatrapur at 13:55 hrs and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 18:20 hrs.

Passengers at different stations between Khalikote and Khurda Road are requesting to take note of the changed timings.

WEEKLY SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN KACHEGUDA - MANGALORE JUNCTION (Train No. 07606, 07605)

The following weekly special trains between Kacheguda – Mangalore Junction will be run to clear the extra rush of passengers.

Kacheguda – Mangalore Junction – Kacheguda weekly Specials: 

Train No 07606 Kacheguda – Mangalore Junction weekly special will leave Kacheguda at 06.00 hrs. on Tuesdays from 06.8.2013 to 27.8.2013 and arrive Mangalore Junction at 11.20 hrs. on Wednesdays.

In the return direction, Train No. 07605 Mangalore Junction – Kacheguda weekly special will leave Mangalore Junction at 20.00 hrs on Wednesdays from 07.8.2013 to 28.8.2013 and arrive Kacheguda at 03.40 hrs. on Fridays.

The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier,2 AC 3-tier, 7 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
