Western
Railway is going to introduce new Superfast Weekly Express train Superfast
weekly express between Indore and Jammu Tawi via Ujjain-Nagda-Kota-Mathura Jn.
This train will benefit the passengers of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh,
Haryana, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir.
The
Inaugural run of Indore-Jammu Tawi will be on Monday, 29thDecember,
2014 from Indore as Special train. The inaugural run of the train will be run
as Train No.02941 Ex Indore on 29/12/2014 at 21.00 hrs. The regular run of
Train No.22941 will commence from 05th January, 2015.
Indore-Jammu
Tawi Weekly Superfast Express (via Kota-Mathura)
In
its regular run Train No. 22941 Indore-Jammu Tawi Weekly Superfast Express will
leave Indore on every Monday at 23.55 hrs w.e.f 05/01/2015 and will reach
Jammu Tawi at 01.20 hrs on third day i.e Wednesday.
Similarly,
in return direction, Train No. 22942 Jammu Tawi – Indore Weekly Express will
leave Jammu Tawi on every Wednesday at 05.00 hrs w.e.f 31/12/2014 and arrive
Indore at 06.00 hrs the next day.
The
train will halt at Dewas, Ujjain, Nagda, Bhawani Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur,
Gangapur City, Mathura Jn., Delhi Safdarjang, Panipat, Ambala Cantt., Ludhiana,
Jalandhar Cantt. and Pathankot stations in both the directions.
The
train will comprise of II AC Tier, IIIAC Tier, Sleeper class & II class
general coaches.
The
booking of inaugural train No.02941 will be opened from Sunday, 28th
December, 2014, while booking for regular run of 22941 will open from 29thDecember,
2014 at all Passenger Reservation counters
