Yesvantpur – Katra – Yesvantpur Weekly Premium Superfast Express to be Introduced

As announced in the Railway Budget 2014-2015, Train No. 22679/22680 Yesvantpur – Katra – Yesvantpur Weekly Premium Superfast Express via., Secunderabad will be introduced with effect from 29^th January, 2015 Ex. Bangalore and 1^st February, 2015 Ex. Katra. This inaugural of this train will run as special train.

Inaugural Special Service:- 

This inaugural special of this train will originate from Bangalore. Accordingly, Train No. 02679 Bangalore – Katra Superfast inaugural special train will depart Bangalore at 02:20 pm o­n 29^th January, 2015 (Thursday) and arrive Katra at 11:00 pm o­n Saturday. In the return direction, Train No. 02680 Katra – Yesvantpur Superfast inaugural special train will depart Katra at 06:30 am o­n 1^st February, 2015 (Sunday) and arrive Yesvantpur at 03:00 pm Tuesday.

Enroute, these inaugural special trains will stop at Yesvantur, Bellary, Secunderabad, Nagpur, Jhansi, Agra Cantt and New Delhi stations in both the directions. This inaugural special trains will consist of 11 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, o­ne Pantry Car and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.

Regular Service:- 

The details of regular services of this Weekly Premium Superfast Express Train are as follows:- 

Train No.22679 Yesvantpur – Katra Weekly Premium Superfast Express will depart Yesvantur at 11:30 am o­n every Saturday commencing from 7^thFebruary, 2015 and arrive Katra at 07:45 pm o­n Monday. In the return direction, Train No.22680 Katra - Yesvantpur Weekly Premium Superfast Express will depart Katra at 06:30 am o­n every Tuesday commencing from 10^thFebruary, 2015 and arrive Yesvantpur at 03:00 pm on Thursday.

Enroute, these trains will stop at Bellary, Secunderabad, Nagpur, Jhansi and New stations in both the directions. These trains will consist of 19 Coaches viz., two AC II Tier, three AC III Tier, eleven  Sleeper Class, o­ne Pantry Car and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake van Coaches.
