As a
special case, volunteers proceeding to Dharmavaram Railway Station / Sri Sathya
Sai Prasanti Nilayam (Puttaparti) Railway Station for under taking seva
activities of Sri Satya Sai Seva Organisation, from nominated Railway Stations
over Indian Railways will be granted 50% concession in the basic fare of mail /
express trains. This concession will be granted to only 4000 volunteers per
month for both, outward and return journeys, during the period from December,
2014 to September, 2015, subject to certain conditions.
Volunteers, whose monthly earnings / emoluments do
not exceed Rs. 5000/- per month are only eligible to avail this concession.
This concessional ticket will be issued to only those volunteers who travel
from stations which are situated more than 300 Kms away from Dharmavaram or Sri
Sathya Sai Prasanti Nilayam (Puttaparti) in normal trains and not in special
trains. Both, the outward and return journey tickets will be issued at the
originating stations itself and return journey ticket will be valid for one
month from the date of commencement of outward journey. The intending volunteer
are required to submit a certificate issued by State President, Sri Sathya Sai
Seva Organisation concerned, to the effect that he / she is proceeding as a
volunteer for under taking seva activities of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation,
Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparti. The concession will not be granted from States /
Stations where if any elections are being held, till the date of model code of
conduct is in operation.
The
nominated Railway Stations over South Central Railway and the quota of
concessional tickets available at these stations are as follows:-
1.Hyderabad - 600 each in December, 2014, March,
2015 and April, 2015.
2.Khammam - 80 each in December, 2014, March, 2015
and April, 2015.
3.Manchiryal - 40 each in December, 2014, March,
2015 and April, 2015.
4.Rajahmundry - 120 each in December, 2014, March,
2015 and April, 2015.
5.Vijayawada - 420 each in December, 2014, March,
2015 and April, 2015.
6.Warangal - 80 each in December, 2014, March, 2015
and April, 2015.
