Running of 4 Unreserved Specials between CST Mumbai and Madgaon/Ratnagiri.

Railways have decided to run 4 unreserved special trains between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Madgaon / Ratnagiri to clear the extra rush of passengers o­n account of Mahaparinirvan Divas. The details are as under-

A) Train No 00111/00112 Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus-Madgaon unreserved specials (2) 

Train No. 00111 Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Madgaon unreserved special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 07.30 hrs o­n Sunday 7.12.2014 and will arrive Madgaon at 21.00 hrs same day.

Train No. 00112 Madgaon - Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus unreserved special will leave Madgaon at 09.40 hrs o­n Friday 5.12.2014 and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 23.15 hrs same day.

Halts : Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Vilavade, Rajapur Road, Kankavli, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim and Karmali.

Composition: 8 Second class seating, 2 General second class and 2 General second class cum Guard's brake vans.

B)00113/00114 Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus-Ratnagiri unreserved specials (2) 

Train No. 00113 Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Ratnagiri unreserved special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 00.20 hrs o­n Saturday 6.12.2014 (midnight of Fri/Sat) and will arrive Ratnagiri at 07.00 hrs same day.

Train No. 00114 Ratnagiri - Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus unreserved special will leave Ratnagiri at 17.00 hrs o­n Saturday 6.12.2014 and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 00.30 hrs next day.

Halts : Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, and Sangameshwar.

GRANT OF 50 % CONCESSION TO VOLUNTEERS GOING TO DHARMAVARAM AS SRI SATHYA SAI SEVAKS

Ministry of Railways have decided to grant  50 % concession in the basic fares of Mail/Express train in Second/Sleeper class to 4000 volunteers every month with earnings/emoluments of not more than Rs. 5000/- per month for travel from different stations of Indian Railways goings to Dharmavaram or Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam station for undertaking Seva Activiteis at Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Prasanthi Nilayam during the Period from November 2014- September 2014. 

This concession is admissible o­nly in normal train services and not for booking in special trains. The concessional return journey tickets will be valid for o­ne month from the date of commencement of outward journey and return journey ticket will be issued at the originating station itself. The concessional ticket will be issued to volunteers travelling a distance of more than 300 Kms, from the journey commencing station to Dharmavaram /Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam Station. Volunteers intend to obtain concession are required to submit a certificate from the concerned state president of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation to the effect that the concerned person is going as a volunteer undertaking seva activities of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation at Prasanthi Nilayam. The month wise and station wise, no. of volunteers who will avail this concession is attached herewith in PDF format. 

IJETMA SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN WADI AND BHOPAL BOOKINGS OPEN ON 29.11.2014

Railways have decided to run two special trains between Wadi and Bhopal to clear the extra rush of passengers o­n account of “Ijetma”. The details are as under:

01221   Wadi - Bhopal special train will leave Wadi o­n Friday, 05.12.2014 at 06.10 hrs and will arrive Bhopal at 04.15 hrs next day. 

01222   Bhopal - Wadi special train will leave Bhopal o­n Monday, 08.12.2014 at 20.15 hrs and will arrive Wadi at 18.00 hrs next day. 

HALTS: Shahabad, Gulbarga, Solapur, Daund, Manmad, Bhusaval, Khandwa and Itarsi.

      

COMPOSITION: 18 Sleeper class.

RESERVATION: Bookings open for 01221 from  29.11.2014.
