Staff Welfare is Pivotal for Success -Shri Ravindra Gupta advises Personnel Officers

Shri Ravindra Gupta, General Manager, South Central Railway reviewed the working of Personnel Department Officials over the zone today i.e., 12^th February, 2016 at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad. The meeting discussed at length o­n the action plan for filling up of vacancies in various safety category posts through Railway Recruitment Board and Railway Recruitment Cell. 

While addressing the meeting, Sri Ravindra Gupta, General Manager emphasised the pivotal role played by personnel officers in the welfare of 85000 Railway Employees working in various divisions and field units of South Central Railway. He indicated that employee satisfaction will boast up the productivity and yields good results. He advised all the personnel officers to reduce delay in payment of various dues to the employees and also show compassion for speedy disposal of appointments to the wards of deceased employees o­n compassionate grounds.

Shri A.K. Gupta, Additional General Manager stressed upon the expeditious action in respect of transfer cases of employees.

Shri R.R. Prasad, Chief Personnel Officer, SCR, Senior Divisional Personnel Officers and Workshop Personnel Officers of the zone were amongst those present.
