Central Railway has
decided to suspend the services between Neral and Matheran with immediate
effect as monsoon has set in.
However, shuttle
services between Matheran and Aman Lodge will continue to run as per scheduled
timetable published and in force w.e.f. July 2013. The re-opening of the
section for running of services between Neral and Matheran will be notified
later.
