SCR to Run Ten Special Trains between Secunderabad-Kakinada Town; Vijayawada-Tirupati & Tirupati-Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer season, SCR will run ten Special Trains between Secunderabad-Kakinada Town, Vijayawada-Tirupati and Tirupati-Visakhapatnam - Vijayawada as per the following schedule:-

I.Tatkal Special Trains:

a)Secunderabad-Kakinada Town Tatkal Special Train (4 services):

Train No. 07202 Secunderabad – Kakinada Town Tatkal special will depart Secunderabad at 19:15 hrs o­n 14^th & 16^thMay, 2015  and arrive Kakinada Town at 05:00 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07201 Kakinada Town – Secunderabad Tatkal special will depart Kakinada Town at 16:30 hrs o­n 15^th & 17^th May, 2015  and arrive Secunderabad at 04:00 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, these Tatkal special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikude, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.

These Tatkal special trains will have 14 coaches viz., o­ne AC II tier, o­ne AC III tier, nine   Sleeper Class, o­ne General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

b) Tirupati – Visakhapatnam Tatkal Special Train (via Gooty, Dhone, Guntur, Rajahmundry) (2 services):-

Train No. 07041 Tirupati – Visakhapatnam Tatkal special will depart Tirupati at 11:05 hrs o­n 17^th & 20^thMay, 2015 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 09:00 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Renigunta, Koduru, Razampeta, Nandalur, Kadapa, Kamalapuram, Yerraguntla, Muddanuru, Kondapuram, Tadipatri, Gooty, Dhone, Bethamcherla, Nandyal, Giddaluru, Cumbum, Markapur, Donakonda, Vinukonda, Narasaraopet, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepallegudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalle and Duvvada stations.

These special trains will have 13 Coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, two General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

c)Visakhapatnam – Vijayawada Tatkal Special Train (2 services):-

Train No. 07042 Visakhapatnam – Vijayawada Tatkal special will depart Visakhapatnam at 11:15 hrs o­n 18^th & 21^stMay, 2015 and arrive Vijayawada at 17:15 hrs o­n the same day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Nidadavolu, Tadepallegudem and Eluru stations.

These special trains will have 13 Coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, two General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

II.Special Trains:

a) Vijayawada - Tirupati Special Trains via. Dhone, Gooty, Kadapa (2 services):-

Train No. 07039 Vijayawada-Tirupati special will depart Vijayawada at 14:30 hrs o­n 16^th & 19^th May, 2015 and arrive Tirupati at 09:00 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Guntur, Narasaraopet, Vinukonda, Donakonda, Markapur, Cumbum, Giddalur, Nandyal, Bethamcherla, Dhone, Gooty, Tadipatri, Kondapuram, Muddanuru, Yerraguntla, Kamalapuram, Kadapa, Nandalur, Rajampet, Koduru and Renigunta.

These special trains will have 13 Coaches viz., o­ne AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, two General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches. 

Ten Express Trains Permanently Augmented with one Additional Sleeper Class Coach

South Central Railway will augment the following trains by attaching one additional Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis as per the details mentioned below:-

1. Train No. 17603 / 17604 Kacheguda-Yesvantpur-Kacheguda Prashanthi Nilayam Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis from 29^th May, 2015 Ex. Kacheguda and from 30^th May, 2015 Ex. Yesvantpur.
2. Train No. 12791 / 12792 Secunderabad-Patna-Secunderabad Superfast Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis from 28^th May, 2015 Ex. Secunderabad and from 30^th May, 2015 Ex. Patna.
3. Train No. 12710 / 12709 Secunderabad-Gudur-Secunderabad Simhapuri Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis from 29^th May, 2015 Ex. Secunderabad and from 30^th May, 2015 Ex. Gudur.
4. Train No. 17058 / 17057 Secunderabad-Mumbai CST-Secunderabad Devagiri Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis from 31^st May, 2015 Ex. Secunderabad and from 1^st June, 2015 Ex. Mumbai CST.
5. Train No. 17211 / 17212 Machilipatnam-Yesvantpur-Machilipatnam Kondaveedu Express will be augmented with o­ne Sleeper Class Coach o­n permanent basis from 29^th May, 2015 Ex. Machilipatnam and from 30^th May, 2015 Ex. Yesvantpur.

      These additional 10 Sleeper Class Coaches will add 720 berths per service.

Two Special Trains between Hyderabad - Kakinada Port

In order to clear extra rush of passengers due to strike by RTC employees, SCR will run two Special Trains between Hyderabad - Kakinada Port as per the following schedule:- 

Accordingly, Train No. 07053 Hyderabad – Kakinada Port special train will depart Hyderabad at 23:40 hrs o­n 9^th May, 2015 and arrive Kakinada Port at 13:55 hrs o­n the next day. 

In the return direction Train No. 07054 Kakinada Port – Hyderabad special train will depart Kakinada Port at 15:30 hrs o­n 10 May, 2015 and arrive Hyderabad at 05:15 hrs o­n the next day.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Secunderabad, Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Nadikude, Piduguralla, Sattanapalle, Guntur, Mangalgiri, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Kaikaluru, Akivedu, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Nidadavolu, Kovuru, Rajahmundry, Dwarapudi, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations in both directions.

These special trains will have 14 Coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, nine Sleeper Class coaches, o­ne General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
