·Train No 12987 Sealdah-Ajmer express derailed at Rura Station o­n Kanpur -Tundla section of North Central Railway in Kanpur dehat district at 0522 hrs.

·15 coaches including ( 13 sleeper ie S1-S13 coaches and two general coaches derailed)

·Accident Relif Train and Accident Relief Mmedical Van from Allahabad, kanpur and Tundla rushed to site. Senior officers including DRM/Allahabad and GM NCR also left for site.

Due to Derailment of  13 GSCN+ 2 GS= 15 coaches of 12987 (SDAH-AII) Sealdah-Ajmer at 0522 hours ,  blocked UP and DN both lines following diversion, cancellation and short termination is planned-
