Trains Cancelled / Restored

In view of the torching of Train No. 12717 Visakhapatnam – Vijayawada Ratnachal Express by agitators near Tuni station, the following trains are cancelled as detailed below:-

I) Cancelled:-

1. Accordingly, Train No. 12718 Vijayawada – Visakhapatnam Ratnachal Express scheduled to depart Vijayawada at 06.05 hrs o­n 5^th, 6^th & 7^th February, 2016 is cancelled.

2. Train No. 12717 Visakhapatnam - Vijayawada Ratnachal Express scheduled to depart Visakhapatnam at 12.40 hrs o­n 5^th, 6^th & 7^th February, 2016 is cancelled.

II) Restored:-

However, SCR will restore Train Nos. 12718 / 12717 Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam-Vijayawada Ratnachal Express from 8^th February, 2016 with the revised composition. The new rake consists of 17 Coaches viz., two AC Chair Car, eight Second Class Sitting, four General Second Class, o­ne Pantry Car and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Break Van Coaches.

Eighteen Special Trains between Hubli and Chennai Central via Guntakal, Renigunta

In order to clear extra rush of Passengers eighteen specials trains will be run between Hubli – Chennai Central as detailed below:-

Accordingly, Train No. 07324 Hubli - Chennai Central Bi-Weekly Special train will depart Hubli at 20:20 hrs o­n 1^st, 3^rd, 8^th, 10^th, 15^th, 17^th, 22^nd, 24^th and 29^th February, 2016 (Mondays & Wednesdays) and arrive/depart Guntakal at 01:50/01:55, Renigunta at 08:10/08:25 hrs and arrive Chennai Central at 11:10 hrs o­n the next day.

      In the opposite direction, Train No. 07323 Chennai Central - Hubli Bi-Weekly Special train will depart Chennai Central at 13:45 hrs o­n 2^nd, 4^th, 9^th, 11^th, 16^th, 18^th, 23^rd, 25^thFebruary and 1^st March, 2016 (Tuesdays & Thursdays) and arrive/depart Renigunta at 16:15/16:30, Guntakal at 22:45/22:50 hrs o­n the same day and arrive Hubli at 05:25 hrs o­n the next day.

     Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Gadag, Koppal, Hospet, Tornagallu, Bellary, Gooty, Tadipatri, Muddanuru, Yerranguntala, Cuddapah, Nandalur, Rajampet, Koduru, Arakkonam stations in both directions and (stops at Perambur station o­nly Ex. Hubli – Chennai Central).

    These special trains will have 16 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, six Sleeper Class, six General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches.

Ten Special Trains between Tirupati and Nagarsol

In order to clear extra rush of passengers, ten special trains will be run between Tirupati and Nagarsol via., Secunderabad as detailed below:-          

 Train No 07417 Tirupati – Nagarsol Special Train will depart Tirupati at 07:30 hrs o­n 29^th January and 5^th, 12^th, 19^th & 26^th February, 2016 (Fridays) arrive/depart Secunderabad at 20:15/20:25 hrs o­n the same day and arrive Nagarsol at 11.55hrs o­n the next day.  

In the return direction, Train No.07418 Nagarsol - Tirupati Special Train will depart Nagarsol at 22:00 hrs o­n 30^th January and 6^th, 13^th, 20^th & 27^thFebruary, 2016 (Saturdays), arrive/depart Secunderabad at 11:55/12:05 hrs o­n the next day and arrive Tirupati at 04:00 hrs o­n Mondays. 

Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Tenali, Guntur, Satenpalli, Piduguralla, Nadikudi, Miryalguda, Nalgonda, Pagidipalli, Cherlapalli, Begumpet, Lingampalli, Shankarpalli, Vikarabad, Zahirabad, Bidar, Bhalki, Udgir, Latur Road, Pangaon, Parli, Gangakher, Parbhani, Manavat Road, Selu, Partur, Jalna and Aurangabad stations in both directions.

These special trains will consist of 17 coaches viz., o­ne AC II Tier, o­ne AC III Tier, seven Sleeper Class, six General Second, two General Second Class and two Second Class Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.

*These trains will run as Special Fare Trains.
