Extra Coaches for Krishna Pushkaram Regular Trains

To clear extra rush of pilgrims attending Krishna Pushakaram, South Central Railway will temporarily augment the following Six more Trains by attaching 8 additional Coaches from 9^th to 31^st August, 2016 as per the details mentioned below:-

1. Train No.12796/12795 Secunderabad-Vijayawada-Secunderabad Intercity Express will be augmented with two Chair Car Coaches from 9^th to 25^thAugust, 2016.

2. Train No.12747/12748 Guntur-Vikarabad-Guntur Palnadu Express will be augmented with two Chair Car Coaches from 9^th to 31^st August, 2016

3. Train No.17216/12715 Vijayawada-Dharmavaram-Vijayawada Express will be augmented with two AC II Tier Coaches and two Sleeper Class Coaches Ex. Dharmavaram from 11^th to 23^rd August, 2016 and Ex. Vijayawada from 13^th to 22^ndAugust, 2016

Temporary Augmentation of Kacheguda-Akola-Kacheguda Intercity Express with Two Additional General Second Chair Car Coaches

In order to clear waitlisted / extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway will temporarily augment the following Trains with two additional General Second Chair Car Coaches as per the details mentioned below:-

Accordingly, Train No. 17639 / 17640 Kacheguda-Akola-Kacheguda Intercity Express will be augmented with two General Second Chair Car Coaches o­n temporary basis from 28^thAugust to 28^th September, 2015 Ex. Kacheguda and from 29^thAugust to 29^th September,  2015 Ex. Akola.

*These two additional coaches will add 144 seats per service.

Extension of Temporary Coaches In few Express Trains to Generate 3800 AC Chair Car Seats

With a view to clear extra rush of passengers, SCR will extend the run of temporarily Coaches attached to the following express trains as detailed below:-

1. The extra Coach of o­ne AC Chair Car Coach, attached to Tr. No.12747 / 12748 Guntur-Vikarabad-Guntur Palnadue Express to run till 6^th August, 2015, is now extended to run till 15^th August, 2015, generating 1296 AC Chair Car Seats.

2. The extra Coach of two AC Chair Car Coaches, attached to Tr. No.17618 / 17617 Nanded- CST Mumbai –Nanded Tapovan Express to run till 6^th August, 2015, will continue run up to 17^thAugust, 2015, generating 2592 AC Chair Car Seats.

 
These additional Coaches will generate 3888 AC Chair Car Coaches.
