Cancellation / Partial Cancellation / Regulation / Rescheduling of Some Trains Due to Safety and Operational Improvement Works

As a part of modernization, Safety and Operational improvement works are being undertaken between Balanagar and Gollapalli Stations o­n Kacheguda - Mahbubnagar Section of Hyderabad Division for 7 weeks starting from 2^nd October, 2014.

On account of the same, the following few trains are being Cancelled / Partially Cancelled / Regulated / Rescheduled o­n the dates mentioned as follows:

I) Cancellation of Trains:-

1. Train No. 57447 Kacheguda - Mahabubnagar Passenger is cancelled o­n Wednesdays.

II) Partial Cancellation of Trains:-

1. Train No. 57436 Kurnool City-Kacheguda Passenger is partially cancelled between Mahabubnagar and Kacheguda o­n Wednesdays.

2. Train No. 57474 Bodhan-Mahabubnagar Passenger is partially cancelled between Balanagar and Mahabubnagar o­n Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

3. Train No. 57456 Mahabubnagar-Hyderabad Kacheguda Passenger is partially cancelled between Mahabubnagar and Balanagar o­n Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

III) Regulation of Trains:-

In view of the works mentioned above, few trains will be regulated o­n Balanagar - Kacheguda - Guntakal sections for a time ranging from 10 minutes to 60 minutes and will slightly be delayed. The Trains are as follows:-

1. Train No. 57426 Guntakal-Kacheguda Passenger will be regulated for 60 minutes between Dhone and Gollapalli o­n Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays and for 10 minutes at Gollapalli o­n Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

2. Train No. 57425 Kacheguda-Guntakal Passenger will be regulated for 40 minutes between Kacheguda and Balanagar o­n Wednesdays.

3.  Train No. 12648 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Coimbatore Kongu Express will be regulated for 20 minutes at Balanagar o­n Thursdays.

IV) Trains Rescheduled:-

1.  Train No. 57425 Kacheguda-Guntakal Passenger is rescheduled to depart at 12:00 pm instead of 10:00 am o­n Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

EXTENSION OF TRAIN NO 06517 / 06518 SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN YESVANTPUR AND MIRAJ TILL 31.10.2014

Railways have decided to extend the run of special train (Bi-weekly) between Yesvantpur and Miraj to clear the extra rush of passengers as per details given below.

Train No.06517 Yesvantpur-Miraj special trains will leave Yesvantpur at 8.40 p.m. every Monday and Thursday till 30.10.2014 and will reach Miraj at 10.15 a.m. next day.

Train No.06518 Miraj-Yesvantpur special trains will leave Miraj at 4.45 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday till 31.10.2014 and will reach Yesvantpur at 06.20 a.m. next day.

HALTS: Tumkur, Arsikere, Davangere, Hubli, Dharwar, Belgaum, Ghataprabha and Kudachi.

COMPOSITION: o­ne 1st AC, o­ne AC-2 Tier, Four AC-3 Tier, 10 sleeper class, 2 General second class and 2 General Second class cum Guard's break van.

RESERVATION: Bookings for extended trips of Train No. 06518 will open from 02.10.2014

50 % of Existing Tatkal Quota for Seven Trains on SCR To be Available as Premium Tatkal with Dynamic Pricing – Bookings Through E-Ticket only

Ministry of Railways has decided that 50 % of the existing Tatkal quota ticket shall be sold under dynamic fare scheme. After booking of the first 50% of the tatkal quota under the present tatkal scheme, the subsequent 50% of the tatkal quota, defined as premium tatkal quota shall be issued o­n dynamic pricing. This scheme shall be operational in identified trains with effect from 1^stOctober, 2014 o­nwards.

This scheme of premium tatkal berths through dynamic pricing shall be distance-slab based fare scheme where the fare shall increase by 20% after each slab of 10% berths are sold subject to the existing cap (maximum fare chargeable) o­n dynamic fare. All rules for the tatkal quota and premium train services shall be applicable to the premium tatkal quota also.

On South Central Railway, this scheme will be implemented o­n seven identified trains from today i.e., 1^st October, 2014 o­nwards. The trains are:-

1) Train No. 12723 Hyderabad-New Delhi Andhra Pradesh Express

2) Train No. 12721 Hyderabad-Hazrat Nizamuddin Dakshin Express

3) Train No.12704 Secunderabad-Howrah Falaknuma Express

4) Train No. 12785 Kacheguda-Bangalore Express

5) Train No. 12791 Secunderabad-Patna Express

6) Train No. 12728 Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam Godavari Express

7) Train No. 17230 Hyderabad-Tiruvananthapuram Sabari Express

Reservations under the premium tatkal quota tickets have to be done o­nly through E-tickets o­nline as applicable for Premium train services.
