MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX TO BE DEVELOPED AT VASAI ROAD RAILWAY STATION

To provide multiple Passenger facilities like shopping, food stalls/ restaurants, Book stalls, PCO Booths, ATMs, Medicines and Variety stores, Budget Hotels, Food Plaza, parking spaces and other similar Passenger facilities to rail users at Railway Station, a Multifunctional Complex (MFC) has been planned to be developed at Vasai Road station.  

Rail Land Development Authority has floated a Tender Notice – Request for Proposal (RFP) – inviting proposals from interested eligible bidders for Development of Multi Functional Complex (MFC) at Vasai Road, for which the last date of Sale of Bid Document is 12th November, 2014 upto 1600 Hrs.  The Site for development of Multi Functional Complex (MFC) is being offered for 45 years lease period.  Therefore all the interested Real Estate Developers are requested to visit the Official website of RLDA www.rlda.in for further details/ information to participate in the tendering process for the said site.
